REGOLE D'USO DELLA CAPANNA COMO

Il rifugio Capanna Como, struttura incustodita, è proprietà della Sezione CAI di Como e patrimonio ideale comune del Club Alpino Italiano.

Nel rispetto dei principi di solidarietà sociale e di salvaguardia dell'ambiente sanciti dallo Statuto, i frequentanti si impegnano a rispettare le seguenti Regole d'uso, a tenere un comportamento consono alla struttura, civile e rispettoso del prossimo e dell'ambiente, nonché ad adoperarsi per la migliore conservazione del rifugio, così da consegnarlo integro alla disponibilità di chi verrà dopo di loro.

1) L'uso del rifugio è riservato ai Soci CAI con tessera in corso di validità, ai soci delle associazioni straniere che hanno stipulato un accordo di reciprocità, ovvero anche ai non soci, previo pagamento della quota in vigore in base alla tipologia/età. Il Soccorso Alpino ha precedenza nel suo utilizzo, in caso di intervento e di esercitazione.

2) Il Rifugio potrebbe non essere dotato di acqua, corrente elettrica, gas, stoviglie, materassi o coperte. I Soci si impegnano a utilizzarlo in completa autosufficienza.

3) E' fatto divieto :

• di fumare, usare candele o altri mezzi di illuminazione o riscaldamento a fiamma all'interno del rifugio. Sono eventualmente ammesse le “tea light”, se sorvegliate. Ogni ospite deve essere dotato di una torcia a pile;

• di abbandonare rifiuti o generi comunque deteriorabili, all'interno o all'esterno del rifugio;

• di superare il limite di capienza;

• di salire sul tetto;

• di propagare rumori molesti o intraprendere qualsiasi genere di attività incompatibile o inopportuna;

• di introdurre animali all'interno del rifugio;

• di duplicare o cedere a terzi le eventuali chiavi di accesso ricevute

• di comunicare a terzi il codice di accesso ricevuto

4) In caso di interventi di soccorso, il CNSAS ha precedenza nell'utilizzo del rifugio, anche senza preavviso. I presenti sono tenuti a non intralciare le operazioni di soccorso.

5) Le persone che chiedono ospitalità per ragioni evidenti di emergenza o necessità debbono essere accolte all'interno del rifugio, anche se non prenotate, con onere di censimento da parte del detentore delle chiavi/codice e con obbligo di pagamento successivo alla sezione della quota dovuta in base alle tariffe vigenti.

6) Gli utilizzatori si impegnano:

• lasciare il rifugio pulito;

• chiudere bene porte e finestre;

• a non lasciare alimentari deperibili o in confezioni aperte;

• a ricondurre a valle i propri rifiuti e, nella misura possibile, quelli eventualmente abbandonati da altri;

• a riconsegnare tempestivamente le chiavi nel luogo di prelievo (se ricevute);

• a prevenire danneggiamenti anche da parte di terzi;

• a dare tempestiva comunicazione di danneggiamenti propri o da parte di terzi, nonché di accadimenti di rilievo comunque riguardanti il rifugio.

7) In caso di smarrimento della chiave di accesso è dovuto il rimborso della spesa necessaria per la sostituzione della serratura, l’effettuazione dei duplicati della chiave, inclusa manodopera e costi di intervento sul posto.

Norme di cancellazione della prenotazione

La prenotazione della struttura si intende in via non esclusiva. Eventuali cancellazioni delle prenotazioni effettuate sono soggette alle seguenti condizioni/penali:

*: Penale ridotta al 50% in caso di disdetta dovuta a pessime condizioni meteo.

Esempi con data prevista occupazione 10 agosto.

• Penale per disdetta (con codice accesso non richiesto):

• entro il 3 agosto: 10%

• entro il 7 agosto: 50%

• entro il 8 agosto: 70%

• dal 9 agosto: 100% (50% in caso di pessime condizioni meteo)

• Penale per disdetta (con codice accesso richiesto): sempre 100%

Introiti derivanti dall’uso della Capanna

Tutte le somme riscosse per l’uso della Capanna sono obbligatoriamente utilizzate da CAI Como per la manutenzione e il funzionamento/miglioramento della stessa.

Misure GENERALI di prevenzione da COVID-19:

• Lavarsi spesso le mani.

• Evitare il contatto ravvicinato con persone che soffrono di infezioni respiratorie acute

• Evitare abbracci e strette di mano

• Mantenere, nei contatti sociali, una distanza interpersonale di almeno un metro

• Coprirsi bocca e naso se si starnutisce o tossisce

• Starnutire e/o tossire in un fazzoletto evitando il contatto delle mani con le secrezioni respiratorie

• Evitare l'uso promiscuo di bottiglie e bicchieri, in particolare durante l'attività sportiva

• Non toccarsi occhi, naso e bocca con le mani

• Non assumere farmaci antivirali e antibiotici, se non prescritti dal medico

• Pulire le superfici con acqua e sapone o comuni detergenti neutri per rimuovere lo sporco e poi disinfettarle con soluzioni a base di ipoclorito di sodio (candeggina/varechina) o alcol adeguatamente diluite.

• È fortemente raccomandato, in tutti i contatti sociali, di utilizzare protezioni delle vie respiratorie (mascherine) come misura aggiuntiva alle altre misure di protezione individuale igienico-sanitarie

• Se si presentano febbre, tosse o difficoltà respiratorie e si sospetta di essere stato in stretto contatto con una persona affetta da malattia respiratoria Covid-19:

  • telefonare al medico di famiglia, al pediatra o alla guardia medica, oppure chiamare il numero verde regionale 800.89.45.45

  • Utilizzare i numeri di emergenza 112/118 solo in caso di peggioramento dei sintomi o difficoltà respiratoria

Misure COVID-19 SPECIFICHE PER RIFUGI:

• Gli ospiti della struttura sono tenuti a rispettare la distanza sociale di almeno 1 metro (questa misura non viene applicata per i nuclei familiari, conviventi, persone che in base alle disposizioni vigenti non sono soggetti al distanziamento interpersonale).

• Accesso al rifugio: consentito solo a chi ha prenotato ed ha fornito le proprie generalità, che saranno messe a disposizione dell’autorità sanitaria in caso di richiesta. A tal fine l’elenco giornaliero degli ospiti, comprendente solo nomi e cognomi, potrà essere messo a disposizione a tutti i soggetti registrati nell’ambito della medesima giornata. • All'ingresso del rifugio, su una mensola posta alla vostra destra, è collocato un dispenser con disinfettante per le mani.

• É d'obbligo usare la tovaglietta monouso (Appositi rotoli di carta sono disponibili nell’antibagno).

• E’ obbligatorio procedere alla disinfezione del tavolo e delle sedute prima del riutilizzo dei posti (Tutto il materiale di pulizia è collocato nell’antibagno).

• In caso di dubbi si raccomanda la misurazione della temperatura e l’obbligo di isolamento in caso la stessa sia superiore a 37,5° valutando se chiamare il numero unico regionale oppure il servizio di emergenza 112.

• All'ingresso dell’area notte (appena salite le scale, sulla sinistra) è collocato un dispenser di gel disinfettante.

• Il posto letto comprende materasso con coprimaterasso e copri cuscino in tessuto. Sono a disposizione set mono-uso di copri-materassi e federe usa e getta in TNT.

• Obbligatorio l'utilizzo del sacco a pelo o saccolenzuolo personale.

• Portare da casa eventuali coperte. Se si utilizzano quelle presenti sul posto, le stesse dovranno essere poste in ambiente areato per almeno 6 ore prima di essere utilizzate. E’ comunque disponibile un disinfettante spray per tessuti.

• Nelle camere deve essere garantito il distanziamento sociale con una distanza lineare tra i letti di almeno 1 metro: apposita segnaletica indica quali posti letto NON utilizzare.

• Durante il soggiorno notturno, nella camera dovrà essere garantito un adeguato ricambio d’aria.

• Durante il giorno la camera dovrà essere ben arieggiata e igienizzata in modo adeguato. Accurata igienizzazione dovrà avvenire prima di lasciare la struttura.

• Nella zona lavabi è disponibile apposito dispenser con sapone liquido, con divieto di utilizzo di saponette. L’asciugamano deve essere personale e portato da casa.

• Dovrà essere intensificata la disinfezione dei punti soggetti a maggior manipolazione: maniglie delle porte e rubinetti, assicurando adeguato arieggiamento dei locali (Materiale di pulizia presente in loco, inclusi guanti usa e getta).

Al vostro arrivo nel rifugio:

• disinfettare o lavarsi le mani e ripetere tale gesto più volte durante la permanenza, specie dopo aver toccato superfici ad uso comune:

  • trovate un dispenser all’ingresso e uno al piano di sopra (camerata)

• verificare che le eventuali persone presenti o che arriveranno abbiano prenotato: solo per emergenza ammetterli, ma per legge sarete voi responsabili a rilevare e comunicare a Questo indirizzo email è protetto dagli spambots. • entrare nel rifugio senza scarponi!

• in caso di dubbio controllare sempre la temperatura corporea (termometro in kit pronto soccorso):

  • se superiore a 37,5°C mantenersi a distanza dagli altri e valutare se contattare il numero unico per la regione lombardia (800.89.45.45) oppure direttamente il 112 (per emergenze): nel caso non funzioni il telefono interno alla Capanna, in zona alzabandiera vi è copertura GSM

• Ubicazione impianti principali della capanna per:

  • Saracinesca acqua

  • Interruttore energia elettrica (12V)

  • Deposito bombole gas (esterno)

  • Valvola intercettazione gas (interna ed esterna)

  • Legnaia (container esterno)

Durante la permanenza:

• il rifugio è in auto-gestione pertanto ogni ospite si deve adoperare affinché l’utilizzo avvenga in sicurezza e rispettando le norme igienico-sanitarie, tra cui:

  • pulizia di superfici di contatto ad uso comune (maniglie, piano cottura, piano cucina, tavoli, bagno,…)

  • rispetto distanza interpersonale di almeno 1 metro (salvo quando presente solo un nucleo convivente)

  • uso tovagliette di carta usa e getta da posizionare sul tavolo quando si mangia

  • gli scarponi devono restare all’esterno

  • all’interno usare solo proprie ciabatte portate da casa

  • nell’antibagno/disimpegno troverete coprimaterassi bianchi in TNT e federe blu in TNT x cuscini:

    • sono sigillati singolarmente

    • ogni occupante ne usa la coppia e posiziona sul materasso e cuscino prescelti (anche se già dotati di copertura in tessuto)

    • il giorno successivo devono essere rimossi e portati a valle per essere buttati

  • usare sempre il proprio sacco a pelo e/o il proprio sacco-lenzuolo

  • per sacchi a pelo poco performanti è consigliato portare da casa una coperta:

    • in loco ve ne sono, ma non possono essere garantite una pulizia e disinfezione accurate

    • in caso di utilizzo, lasciarle successivamente all’aria il più possibile e utilizzare, se presente, apposito disinfettante spray

  • durante il soggiorno notturno favorire sempre un ricambio d’aria

  • al risveglio arieggiare il più possibile tutti i locali

Prima di andare via:

• Pulire accuratamente tutto, inclusi bagni, cucina (tra cui pentole e piatti)

• Disinfettare tutte le superfici nonché maniglie e bagno

• Rimettere in ordine eventuali tavoli, panche o altro materiale

• Chiudere sempre e bene le persiane (Alcune richiedono che una persona spinga dall’esterno)

• Chiudere le finestre interne

• Chiudere valvola sia interna che esterna del gas

• Chiudere la bombola del gas collocata nel vano esterno (quella collegata al tubo)

• Abbassare interruttori generali del quadro elettrico in zona disimpegno

• Chiudere la porta di accesso, inclusa quella del locale esterno

• Chiudere saracinesca acqua collocata all’esterno

Istruzioni per apertura porta

Premere e tenere premuto uno dei 2 pulsanti (Freccia in alto batteria 1, freccia in basso batteria 2)*

Dopo circa 6 secondi la tastiera emette 2 beep.

Sempre tenendo premuto il pulsante digitare il codice sulla tastiera.

Se il codice è corretto la serratura viene sbloccata.

FINALITÀ DEL TRATTAMENTO, BASE GIURIDICA E MODALITÀ DI TRATTAMENTO

I trattamenti dei dati richiesti all'interessato sono effettuati ai sensi del regolamento UE 2016/679 per le finalità istituzionali definite specificamente all’art. 1 del Regolamento Generale CAI che comprendono anche le attività connesse e strumentali quali la gestione dei rifugi alpini, questi ultimi disponibili sia ai soci, a condizioni di maggior favore, che ai non soci.

I soci che prenotano la struttura riceveranno via email la conferma e la documentazione nonché eventuali richieste di questionario di soddisfazione/gradimento o per segnalare eventuali guasti/disservizi.

La base giuridica del trattamento dei dati risiede nel mantenere in efficienza le strutture ricettive disponibili ai frequentatori della montagna, ai sensi della legge 24 dicembre 1985, n. 776. Per la gestione dell’attività di prenotazione della struttura i dati richiesti sono obbligatori.

Solo le persone di età pari a 18 anni possono fornire il proprio consenso al trattamento. Per i minori, al di sotto di questa età, è richiesto il consenso dei genitori o dei tutori legali.

Il trattamento sarà effettuato con mezzi informatici, telematici e manuali, con logiche strettamente correlate alle finalità stesse, e comunque in modo da garantire la sicurezza e la riservatezza, conservati in una forma che consenta l'identificazione dell'interessato per un periodo di tempo non superiore a quello necessario agli scopi per i quali essi sono stati raccolti o successivamente trattati.

Categorie di dati trattati

I dati che saranno trattati dal CAI sono i “dati personali”.

Destinatari ed eventuali categorie di destinatari dei dati personali

I dati sono trattati all'interno dell'associazione da soggetti autorizzati del trattamento dei dati sotto la responsabilità del Titolare per le finalità sopra riportate.

I dati potranno essere comunicati a Responsabili del trattamento esterni ai quali tale trasferimento sia necessario o funzionale per lo svolgimento dell’attività dell’Ente, autorizzati con specifici atti di nomina da parte del titolare del trattamento. In particolare i suoi dati potranno essere comunicati:

• al CNSAS - Corpo Nazionale Soccorso Alpino e Speleologico - in caso di ricerche, segnalazioni di scomparsa, infortuni;

• all’Autorità di Pubblica Sicurezza;

• all’Autorità sanitaria;

• all’Autorità giudiziaria, nel caso si ravvisino reati;

• limitatamente al nome e cognome, a tutti i partecipanti che risultano aver prenotato nella stessa giornata al fine di verificare che i soggetti soggiornanti corrispondano esattamente ai soggetti prenotati, ciò anche al fine di tutela delle persone per eventuali necessità sanitarie;

I dati potranno essere comunicati inoltre per specifiche finalità di legge ad altre autorità.

Periodo di conservazione dei dati

I dati sono conservati per il periodo necessario per il raggiungimento delle finalità per le quali sono stati raccolti e comunque soggetti ad anonimizzazione al massimo entro il 31 dicembre dell’anno successivo a quello cui la prenotazione si riferisce. Nel momento in cui non sia più necessario tenere i dati personali dell'interessato, verranno eliminati o distrutti in modo sicuro.

Diritti dell’interessato sui dati

L’interessato può esercitare i seguenti diritti: diritto di accesso ai propri dati personali, diritto di ottenere la rettifica, la cancellazione dei dati, il diritto di limitazione del trattamento, diritto di opporsi al trattamento.

Si informa che per il trattamento dei dati basato sul consenso, di cui all'articolo 6, paragrafo 1, lettera a), del Reg. UE 2016/679, l’interessato ha diritto di revocare il consenso in qualsiasi momento senza pregiudicare la liceità del trattamento basata sul consenso prima della revoca.

Prevalentemente in Italia e comunque non al di fuori dei confini dell’unione europea.

Finalità diversa del trattamento

Nel caso in cui il titolare del trattamento intenda trattare ulteriormente i dati personali, per una finalità diversa da quella per cui essi sono stati raccolti, prima di tale ulteriore trattamento, il titolare fornirà all'interessato informazioni in merito a tale diversa finalità e ogni ulteriore informazione pertinente, provvedendo alla richiesta di uno specifico consenso.

Profilazione

Il titolare non utilizza processi automatizzati finalizzati alla profilazione.

CAPANNA COMO - RULES OF USE

The Capanna Como hut, unattended structure, is property of the C.A.I. - Section of Como and is the ideal common heritage of the Italian Alpine Club.

In accordance with the principles of social solidarity and environmental protection sanctioned by the Statute, everyone must respects the following Rules of use, to behave in a manner consistent with the structure, civil and respectful of others and the environment, as well as to strive for the best conservation of the shelter, so as to deliver it intact to the availability of those who will come after them.

1) The use of the shelter is reserved for CAI Members with a valid card, to members of foreign associations who have entered into a reciprocal agreement, or even to non-members, upon payment of the fee in force based on the type/age . The Alpine Rescue has precedence in its use, in case of intervention and exercise.

2) The Refuge may not be equipped with water, electricity, gas, crockery, mattresses or blankets. Members undertake to use it in complete self-sufficiency.

3) It is forbidden:

• to smoke, use candles or other means of lighting or flame heating inside the shelter. "Tea lights", if supervised, are eventually admitted. Each guest must be equipped with a battery-powered torch;

• to abandon waste or otherwise perishable goods, inside or outside the shelter;

• to exceed the capacity limit;

• getting on the roof;

• to propagate disturbing noises or undertake any kind of incompatible or inappropriate activity;

• to introduce animals into the shelter;

• to duplicate or transfer to third parties any access keys received

• to communicate the received access code to third parties

4) In the case of rescue operations, the CNSAS takes precedence in using the shelter, even without warning. Those present are required not to obstruct rescue operations.

5) People who ask for hospitality for obvious reasons of emergency or necessity must be accepted inside the shelter, even if not booked, with a census charge by the holder of the keys / code and with payment obligation following the amount due, according to current rates.

6) Users commit themselves:

• leave the shelter clean;

• close doors and windows;

• not to leave perishable food or in open packs;

• to carry their own waste downstream and, to the extent, if possible, those eventually abandoned by others;

• to promptly return the keys to the place of collection (if received);

• to prevent damage also from third parties;

• to promptly notify their own or third parties of damage, as well as significant events concerning the shelter in any case.

7) In the event of loss of the access key, the reimbursement of the expense necessary to replace the lock, the execution of duplicate keys, labor and on-site intervention costs are due.

Booking cancellation policy

The booking of the structure is non-exclusive. Any cancellations of the reservations made are subject to the following conditions / penalties:

Income deriving from the use of the Hut

All money collected for the use of the Hut are compulsorily used by CAI Como for its maintenance and operation / improvement.

GENERAL COVID-19 prevention measures:

• Wash your hands often.

• Avoid close contact with people suffering from acute respiratory infections

• Avoid hugs and handshakes

• Maintain, in social contacts, an interpersonal distance of at least one meter

• Cover your mouth and nose if you sneeze or cough

• Sneeze and/or cough in a tissue avoiding contact of the hands with respiratory secretions

• Avoid the promiscuous use of bottles and glasses, especially during sports

• Do not touch your eyes, nose and mouth with your hands

• Do not take antiviral drugs and antibiotics unless prescribed by your doctor

• Clean the surfaces with water and soap or common neutral detergents to remove dirt and then disinfect them with solutions based on sodium hypochlorite (bleach/varechin) or adequately diluted alcohol.

• It is strongly recommended, in all social contacts, to use respiratory protection (masks) as an additional measure to other personal hygiene protection measures

• If you experience fever, cough or breathing difficulties and you suspect that you have been in close contact with a person with Covid-19 respiratory disease:

  • call the family doctor, pediatrician or medical guard, or call the regional toll-free number 800.89.45.45

  • Use emergency numbers 112/118 only in case of worsening symptoms or difficulty in breathing

COVID-19 MEASURES SPECIFIC FOR HUTS:

• The guests of the structure are required to respect the social distance of at least 1 meter (this measure is not applied for families, cohabitants, people who according to the current provisions are not subject to interpersonal distancing).

• At the entrance of the refuge, on a shelf on your right, there is a dispenser with hand sanitizer.

• The disposable placemat is mandatory (specific rolls of paper are available in the dressing room).

• It is mandatory to disinfect the table and seats before reusing the seats (All cleaning material is placed in the dressing room).

• In case of doubts, it is recommended to measure the temperature and the obligation of isolation in case it exceeds 37.5 °, considering whether to call the single regional number or the 112 emergency service.

• Use only your own slippers brought from home.

• At the entrance to the sleeping area (as soon as you go up the stairs, on the left) there is a disinfectant gel dispenser.

• The bed includes mattress with mattress cover and fabric cushion cover. Disposable sets of mattress covers and disposable pillow cases in TNT are available.

• Use of a personal sleeping bag or sleeping bag is mandatory.

• Bring any blankets from home. If those on site are used, they must be placed in a ventilated room for at least 6 hours before being used.

• In the rooms, social distancing must be guaranteed with a linear distance between the beds of at least 1 meter: specific signs indicate which beds DO NOT use.

• During the night stay, adequate air exchange must be guaranteed in the room.

• During the day the room must be well ventilated and properly sanitized. Careful sanitation must take place before leaving the facility.

• A special liquid soap dispenser is available in the wash basin area, with the prohibition of using soap. The towel must be personal and brought from home.

• The disinfection of the points subject to the greatest manipulation must be intensified: door handles and taps, ensuring adequate ventilation of the premises (Cleaning material present on site, including disposable gloves).

During your stay:

• the refuge is self-managed, therefore each guest must make sure that it is used safely and in compliance with hygiene and health standards, including:

  • cleaning of common contact surfaces (handles, kitchen hob, tables, bathroom, ...)

  • respect interpersonal distance of at least 1 meter (except when there is only a cohabiting nucleus)

  • disposable paper must be placed on the table when you eat

  • boots must remain outside

  • inside use only your own slippers brought from home

  • in the hallway you will find white mattress cover and blue pillowcases:

    • they are sealed individually

    • each occupant uses the pair and places it on the chosen mattress and pillow (even if already equipped with a fabric cover)

    • the following day they must be removed and brought downstream to be thrown away

  • always use your sleeping bag and / or your sleeping bag

  • for underperforming sleeping bags it is recommended to bring a blanket from home:

    • some are there, but accurate cleaning and disinfection cannot be guaranteed

    • if used, leave them in the air as much as possible and use a special spray disinfectant if present

  • during night stay always favor a change of air

Before YOU leave:

• Thoroughly clean everything, including bathrooms, kitchen (including pots and dishes)

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING, LEGAL BASIS AND PROCESSING METHODS

The processing of the data requested from the interested party is carried out pursuant to EU regulation 2016/679 for the institutional purposes defined specifically in art. 1 of the CAI General Regulations which also include related and instrumental activities such as the management of alpine refuges, the latter available both to members, on more favorable terms, and to non-members.

Members who book the facility will receive confirmation and documentation via email as well as any requests for a satisfaction / satisfaction questionnaire or to report any faults / disservices.

The legal basis for data processing lies in maintaining the efficiency of the accommodation facilities available to mountain visitors, pursuant to the law of 24 December 1985, no. 776. For the management of the structure's booking activity, the requested data is mandatory.

Only people aged 18 and older can give their consent to the treatment. For minors, below this age, the consent of parents or legal guardians is required.

The data that will be processed by the CAI are "personal data".

Recipients and any categories of recipients of personal data

The data are processed within the association by authorized subjects of data processing under the responsibility of the owner for the purposes indicated above.

The data may be communicated to external Data Processors to whom such transfer is necessary or functional for the performance of the Entity's activity, authorized with specific acts of appointment by the data controller. In particular, your data may be disclosed:

• to the CNSAS - National Alpine and Speleological Rescue Corps - in the event of searches, reports of disappearance, accidents;

• to the Public Security Authority;

• to the Health Authority;

The data are kept for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected and in any case subject to anonymization by December 31 of the year following the one to which the booking refers. When it is no longer necessary to keep the personal data of the interested party, they will be deleted or destroyed safely.

The interested party can exercise the following rights: right of access to their personal data, right to obtain the correction, deletion of data, the right to limit the processing, right to oppose the processing.
